    Garelick Farms TruMoo Coffee 1% Milk, 0.5 cup
    Stop & Shop Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 0.5 cup
    Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1 tbsp
    5 ice cubes
