    1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 large banana, frozen
    1 scoop vanilla whey isolate powder

Tips

you could also make this with milk instead of water. This would increase protein and calcium intake, but also calories.

Mix all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
