3 cups Cole Slaw mix (bagged shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 cup carrot shreds (or thin sliced carrots)
2.25 cups water
1 package keilbasa sliced
2 packages PastaRoni Butter and garlic
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp or so fresh chopped chives
Original recipe used sour cream and chive pastaroni, but it is unavailable here. Feel free to substitute whatever pasta roni you feel would work best.
Serving size will vary depending on how your veggies and pasta cook up.
2. Add water; bring to a boil.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook, for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally
