Ingredients

100% white whole wheat unbleached flour
baking powder
baking soda
cinnamon
honey
nulaid egg substitute
nulaid egg white
instant non fat reconstituted milk
fresh blueberries
canola oil, 365 brand
Tips
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda.
Separately mix egg and egg white, milk and canola oil.
Add to dry ingredients mixing thoroughly. Add honey and blend in well.
Spoon muffin batter into If you care recyclable muffiin cups, alternating with 8-12 blueberries per muffin cup.
Sprinkle splenda sugar substitute on top for added sweetness.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Dry muffin bottoms in cooling oven for half hour.
