*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 0.5 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
Low fat milk - Kdcow, 2.6 oz (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 individual packet (remove)
Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)
you can used honey instead of maple syrup.. or pure maple syrup...
some sliced banana or strawberries would be a nice addition too :)
- beat the egg and add milk to it then pour the mixture into the flour mixture and whisk all together, it should be lumpy a bit.
- let it rest for 5 minutes, then heat a sprayed non-stick pan and fry each side of pancakes for 2 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings
