Saute 2 cups chopped cabbage, layer in casserole. Brown and drain 1 pound ground beefseasonded with garlic, chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper and hot sauce to taste. Layer over cabbage. Mix i/2 cup sour cream with1/2 cup salsa. Pour over beef layer. Top with Shredded cheese. Microwave til heated through and cheese melts
