Ham and Noodle Casserole


Number of Servings: 12


    One ham steak (about 1.5 pounds)
    1.5 bags Healthy Choice Wide Wheat Noodles (prepared as directed)
    .5 cup chopped onion
    16 oz. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp. Smart Balance Omega Oil
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup


Prepare noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside. Cook ham steak in microwave and cut into small pieces. In a 4 qt. skillet, heat oil and then add onion and ham and cook on medium high heat until onions are translucent. Add soup and reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir in until melted. Fold in noodles and stir until heated through. Serve.
