Bread - Three Seed

Ingredients

    Mix together in Kitchenaid until bubbly:

    1 TB Red Star Nutritional Yeast
    2 1/2 c Warm Water
    3T c. Honey

    ADD:
    3C Whole Wheat Flour)
    1/4 c Canola Oil
    1/4 c Honey
    3 Tb Poppy seed
    3 TB Sesame Seeds
    3 TB Sunflower Seeds, raw
    1.5 t Salt
    1.5 c Oats
    1.5 c Unbleached flour

Directions

Serving Size: 2 loaves - 12 slices each

In Kitchenaid:

Mix yeast, warm water, honey until bubbly.
ADD remaining ingredients.

Knead on low speed 1-3 minutes.
Let sit until doubled.
Re-knead low speed 1-2 minutes.
Let rise until doubled.
Mix until pulled away from sides of bowl.

Shape into loaves.
Let rise.

BAKE 350' 45-50 minutes


Can make in bread machine - follow machine instructions.
