220 Calorie Chicken 'n Rice

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cups
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cups
    Water, tap, 2 cups (8 fl oz)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, short grain, 2 cups

Directions

Chop breasts into strips or bite size pieces.Boil chicken pieces until cooked. Drain or reserve water from boiling chicken. Add broth, rice, and water. Cook until rice is tender. Add the chicken, mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and serve.

Serving Size: makes 8 (1/2)cup servings
