Ingredients

    4 chicken brest no bone or skin
    1/4 cup good italian dressing

Directions

use meat mallet on the chicken brest to flatten and thin place chicken in plastic bag in fridg for about 2 hours after adding the dressing bake for 30-40 minutes at 325* this can also be grilled if so then cook till brown and do so slowly
