Make your own- FROZEN BFAST BURRITO

Introduction

HIGH FIBER/LOW CALORIE. I used to buy the store bought breakfast sandwiches or burritos, but decided to make and freeze my own for fast breakfast on the go. Turned out GREAT! HIGH FIBER/LOW CALORIE. I used to buy the store bought breakfast sandwiches or burritos, but decided to make and freeze my own for fast breakfast on the go. Turned out GREAT!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    La Tortilla Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas (8 in a pkg)
    1 pkg Shawnee Mills Peppered Gravy mix (or whatever brand you prefer)
    1 small carton egg beaters
    1 box Morning Star Meatless Sausage Patties (6 in a box)

Tips

You can add ANYTHING to this burritos, veggies, cheese....just make sure you recalculate your nutritional information:)


Directions

Scramble the Egg beaters until Done.

Cook Gravy using the directions on the back.

Heat up/dethaw Patties

Lay Tortillas out on a counter. Evenly distibute all of the ingredients into 8 tortillas.
(end up being 1/4 Cup Scrambled eggs, 1/4 Cup Gravy, and 3/4 sausage patty)

***I cut up the sausage patty so it is evenly distributed throughout the burrito.

Wrap up the tortillas. Place on a baking sheet. Once complete, place in the freezer to set up. Once set up, wrap individual burritos in foil for a fast bfast on the go.

Heating Instructions: Take off foil. Wrap tortilla in a damp papertowel. Microwave for 1 minute on high. TURN OVER, then microwave for another minute. (Make sure the inside is fully heated through...depending on microwave, you may need more time.)
