    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, shreaded
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, shreaded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 24 cherry
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Peppers, sweet bell, red, fresh, .5 chopped
    Yellow Bell Peppers , .25 pepper, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 Baby Bellas sliced
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium chopped
    Dark Green Salad mix, 10 oz
    Cucumber with peel, 1 cucumber chopped

Directions

Chop, dice, slice, and shread vegetables divide into 4 servings and serve with your favorite dressing
