Crab Cakes

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Egg Beater
    1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    2 (6 oz) cans Bumblebee crabmeat (drained)
    1/2 small onion finely chopped


Tips

This is great on a 100 calorie english muffin, with a poached egg and my light hollandaise sauce for brunch.


Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except crab.

Fold in crabmeat.

Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties on medium-high heat until browned (about 4-5 minutes).

Serving Size: makes 2 for patties per serving
