Ingredients

    Chi Chi's Whole Wheat Tortillas

    Bell Peppers ( 1/2 cup chopped)
    Onions ( 1/2 cup chopped)
    Mushrooms (1 cup sliced)
    1LB ground turkey (94% lean)
    Liquid Egg Whites (.5 cup)
    1 large egg

Directions

cook turkey on skillet, drain the fat. Add Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms and egg whites.

Place meat/veggie mix on tortilla. Makes 6 servings
