Ingredients

    1 c. macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 T. butter
    2 T. flour
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. extra sharp cheese

Directions

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain. Put in 8x8 casserole dish. Brown beef, add butter and melt. Sprinkle and blend in flour. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over macaroni and bake @ 375 F for 1 hr.
