Introduction

This makes an easy weekend brunch or quick breakfast. This makes an easy weekend brunch or quick breakfast.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles, 6 servings
    2 Large raw eggs
    4 or 5 servings of Egg Whites
    1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1Tbsp chopped chives
    salt, pepper, cooking spray

    Optional: add chopped onions, mushrooms, or spinach.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 6 cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Arrange Turkey sausage crumbles so they fill the muffin cup about half way. Mix the eggs and egg whites together in a bowl and pour an even amount into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Check eggs, if they are done to your liking remove and sprinkle with cheese and chives. If not, continue cooking, checking every minute or so.
Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
