1 6-1/2 oz. can of clams (do NOT drain)
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Freshly ground pepper
2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and stir into the soup. Return to a boil stirring constantly. Then remove from heat.
3. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with plenty of freshly ground black pepper!
Note: If you aren't concerned about the starch calories, you can add some chopped raw potato when you add the celery and onion, but you will have to count it separately -- it's not included int the nutrition count.
