1 c. cooked quinoa
1/2 c. almond milk
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 c. dried, sweetened cranberries (craisins)
I save the unused portions for the following days for an even faster breakfast.
Can be made the night before for speedy quick breakfasts during the work week.
Mixture can also be used to stuff sweet peppers, apples, or anything you you want for a healthy dessert or side dish.
