Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups of Oats
    .5 cup of sweetened flaked coconut
    .5 cup chopped or sliced almonds
    .25 each of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp vanilla
    .5 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix together and bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden and toasty let cool and store in tupperware or freezer bags.

Serving Size: 1 oz makes about 30 servings
