Introduction

Sounds like an odd combo, but amazingly delicious!! Sounds like an odd combo, but amazingly delicious!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6-8 oz diced cooked chicken breast
    1/2 c red seedless grapes, halved
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 oz walnuts, chopped
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
    2 tbsp. light mayo
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    Fresh black pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine the sour cream, mayo, celery salt, parsley, and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring to evenly combine.

Gently fold in the diced chicken with a rubber spatula.

Add the celery, grapes, and last the walnuts. Stir again.



Serve, or refrigerate.

Serving Size: makes 4 3/4 c. Servings
