2 Lbs ground venison
2 lg eggs
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
**garlic powder, fresh ground pepper & italian seasoning to taste**
pam cooking spray
Great with spaghetti or as meatball subs
Mix ingredients together
Roll into 30 equal size balls
Place on sheets and bake for 40 minutes (until internal temperature is 150F)
Serving Size: 30 - 1 meatball servings
