Ingredients

    2 cups plain fat free greek yogurt
    1 med. cucumber, peeled and finely minced
    2 Tbls lemon juice
    2 Tbls minced onion
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 cup feta cheese

Directions

mix everything together and refrigerate at least an hour.

Serving Size: makes 4 cups of dip, nutrition based on 30 servings
