Date Salmon

Introduction

Easy Salmon Easy Salmon
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    16 oz. salmon filets (3)
    4 sprigs fresh dill
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tbsp butter
    1 pkg. couscous (5.8 oz.)


Directions

1. Place salmon on aluminum foil and fold up edges to make a "pan".
2. Place tablespoon of butter on each filet.
3. Cut dill and place on top of filets.
4. Squeeze lemon on top of filets and dash with garlic salt.
5. Place in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
6. Prepare couscous per boxed directions.
