Introduction

my husband made this up and is a family favorite serve with brown rice and a salad my husband made this up and is a family favorite serve with brown rice and a salad

Ingredients

    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Morton Nature's Seasoning, 1 serving
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds
    *FISH-SWAI 1serv=113g(4oz about 1 Fillet), 452 grams

Tips

dont over cook . serve over brown rice w juice


Directions

preheat oven to 400 degrees
we use alluminum foil and make pockets for this so we can have juices for rice
lay each peice on its own peice of foil and sprinkle with natures seasoning add finely chopped onion and cilantro then top with thin slices of lemon fold foil to make a closed pocket and bake
