Monday Night Stirfry

Ingredients

    2 tbs. olive oil
    .5 cups sliced green onions
    2 cloves garlic minced
    3 cups fresh broccoli florets
    1 cup sliced carrots
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 tsps. soy sauce
    .5 cup stir fry sauce
    8 oz. cooked chicken breast

Directions

Heat oil on medium high in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic cooking and stirring quickly. Add vegetables and cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add chicken, soy sauce and stir-fry sauce, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Lower heat and cover skillet until rice is ready. Serve with 1/2 cup brown rice.
