Ingredients

    6 thin filets of skinless boneless chicken
    1 tsp salt
    .5 tsp black pepper
    .5 cup of flour
    .25 cup olive oil
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    .25 tsp paprika

Directions

marinate the chicken in garlic powder let sit while you mix the other ingredients. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika together. In another bowl mix milk nad vinegar to simulate buttermilk. Dredge chicken in flour then milk then again in flour place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray 6 secs. then drizzle olive oil over the chicken and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 6 fillets
