5 medium potatoes
dash of salt
2 cups water
.25 tsp garlic powder
.25 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
scrub potatoes and cut into wedges, set in pot with water, salt and garlic powder. boil and reduce heat to medium until tender drain well dry pot well and add olive oil when warmed add the rosemary until the aroma is released and add potatoes and mix well.
