Beef Stew

Ingredients

    3 Tbl Canola Oil
    1/2 c chopped yellow onion
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    sea salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb extra lean stew meat
    1/4 all purpose flour
    4 med russet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
    3 carrots peeled and sliced
    2 pkg knorr stock beef

Directions

saute onion and garlic in oil season with salt and pepper cover for 10 minutes
add meat stir and cover for 20 minutes add flour and stir well
cover with water and add knorr stock and additional salt and pepper to taste
simmer for 20 minutes
add veggies and simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until meat is very tender and potatoes are very soft
