Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 roll Refrigerated Pizza dough
    1/4 cup of Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
    1/4 cup of Zucchini
    1/4 cup of bell pepper
1/4 cup of tomato ( I always like a little extra)
Handful of Spinach or Arugula (I use both)

Tips

If you Opt out of the cheese... the nutritional information would be as follows:
Calories 367, Fat 4.5, Carbs 69, Protien 12.4

Directions

Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a light coat of non-stick cooking spray on cookie sheet.
Put a little flour on a clean counter and take your 1/3 of a piece of pizza dough and roll out (or stretch out with your hands) into a rectangle or an oval.
After made into the correct shape, place dough on cookie sheet.
Spread 1/2 marinara sauce on 1/2 of the dough.
Add Vegetables to the side that is coated with sauce.
Pour Cheese onto vegetables.
Pour remaining marinara sauce on the veggies and cheese.
Fold over other side of the dough till it covers all of the stuff and makes what looks like a pizza pocket.
Then I press the dough together with my fingers ... if you are fancy you can use an egg wash but I never do.
Bake in the oven for 9 -12 minutes .... until the turnover is the color you would like it to be.
