Elle's Turkey Taco Skillet

Ingredients

    1 pound(s) ground turkey (97% lean)
    1 package(s) (1.25 oz) low-salt taco seasoning mix
    1/4 cup water
    1 package frozen broccoli (12 oz)
    1 jar(s) (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa
    1 cup corn
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 cup(s) shredded Mexican or taco cheese blend



Directions

Cook turkey in a large nonstick skillet over high heat, stirring to break up meat, 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in seasoning mix, water, salsa, corn, and broccoli; bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.
On plates, top rice mixture with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream (not included in nutrition). Or serve on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and top with sour cream (not included in nutrition).
