Homemade Paleo Salad Dressing

Introduction

All paleo ingredients except the dijon mustard has a tiny bit of sugar. Can omit or use Gulden's which has no sugar. All paleo ingredients except the dijon mustard has a tiny bit of sugar. Can omit or use Gulden's which has no sugar.

Ingredients

    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tbsp minced shallot

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk water, vinegar, mustard and shallots to combine. While continuously whisking, ad olive oil in a slow drizzle until emulsified. Use immediately. Keeps refrigerated about 1 week
