Introduction

This recipe was given to me by a friend long time ago. It is impossible how easy it is. I tough many kids and even some men to bake this, because it is fool-proof.
The final product will give you a pudding, topped by cake, because the ingredients separate whilst baking! smile
sorry, but I'm not familiar with oz, hence I only added 1 ingredient into the top-box

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    600ml milk
    4 tablespoons margarine
    80g coconut-flakes
    60g flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    5ml baking-powder
    200g sugar
    5ml vanilla-essence
    5-6 eggs




Tips

The amount of servings depends on the shape of the pie-dish. Can be square or round
I will add a picture later or rewrite the recipe it when I have picture.

Directions

lightly smear pie-dish with butter
melt margarine slightly
mix all ingredients including margarine well in one bowl
bake in preheated oven by 180 degrees for 45 minutes
