Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2 lbs
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 24 crackers
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Worcesterhire Sauce Lea & Perrins, 6 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Sage, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 clove finely chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 large finely chopped
    Chicken Bouillon granules, 4 tsp

Tips

Can add a ketchup/brown sugar glaze for last 10 minutes or marinara sauce is good too.


Directions

Finely chop onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients together well. Transfer to a 12 x 9 baking pan and flatten out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until temp reads 170 degrees internally.
