Cream fo Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Smart Balance
    2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
    2 Tbsp Choped Celery
    2 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
    !/2 Bag Frozen Broccoli
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 C. Chicken Broth (Swanson 100% Natural)
    1/2 C. 1/2 & 1/2 (Fat Free)

Tips

If the sodium is to high for you ( like it is for me), use low sodium broth and fresh broccoli, that should help alot.


Directions

Saute onions, celery, & carrot in the smart balance just until tender, add the broccoli and chicken broth, cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, add pepper, and half and half, simmer for anther 10 minutes, then serve.
