Ingredients

    1/3 C. of frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
    1/2 Tbs of butter
    1 Tbs of pure honey
    *Splash of pure vanilla extract is optional

Tips

This is the lower calorie version "syrup" for the Coconut Flour Pancake


Directions

Combine ingredients in a microwave safe small bowl and cook for one minute on high. Pour on pancake and eat!

Serving Size: makes one serving to drizzle on large Coconut flour pancake
