Introduction

Vietnamese soup adapted from Bon Appetit December 2011. Of interest, pho is pronounced like huh? with a p, including the question lilt at the end. Funny! Look up the pronunciation on the internet. My 5 year old and I enjoyed listening and imitating :) Vietnamese soup adapted from Bon Appetit December 2011.
