1 lb uncooked pasta of your choice
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jar pasta sauce of your choice.
4 oz. shiraz or chianti wine.(You can omit if you like)
I added 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella to this recipe and it was absolutely divine. Increase the amount of servings by pairing smaller portions with a salad.
While water is boiling, put ground beef into a large skillet to brown. Add the Diced onion and garlic to the ground beef as it is cooking. Drain oil once meat is brown and stir in i jar pasta sauce plus 1/2 jar water. Bring to a simmer, add wine. Turn heat to low and let slowly cook until pasta is done. Drain pasta and combine sauce and noodles. Serve while Hot!
