Carnation Instant Breakfast Smoothie

Introduction

Great smoothie, lots of protein, and high in vitamins. Great smoothie, lots of protein, and high in vitamins.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast
    1 cup fresh/frozen pineapple (diced)
    1/4 C. vanilla soymilk
    1 tsp. honey
    1 small container light vanilla yogurt (6 oz.)

Directions

Add all ingredient to blend and blend until smooth.
Pour into cup or glass.
Enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 serving. I drink all day until lunchtime.
