Baked Chicken Thighs in BBQ/Italian Dressing

Introduction

My hubby and I love this chicken over brown rice with a side of veggies. Can also throw diced tomatoes into the sauce for texture. My hubby and I love this chicken over brown rice with a side of veggies. Can also throw diced tomatoes into the sauce for texture.

Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
    2 tablespoons Hunt's BBQ sauce
    2 tablespoons Kraft House Italian Dressing
    3 cups brown rice

Tips

If you use bone-in thighs, up baking time to 45 minutes.


Directions

Rub chicken with Italian Dressing and BBQ Sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While baking, prepare brown rice. Serve cooked chicken and juices over rice with a side of vegetables.
