Ingredients

    pork marinade:
    -1tsp soy sauce
    -1/2tsp sesame oil
    -1 (7g) clove garlic

    jji-gae
    -3oz pork
    -1tbsp canola oil
    -8g go-choo gga-ru
    -322g soon doo boo
    -30g minced jalapeno
    -119g chopped onion
    -25g scallion
    -1tsp salt
    -1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions

-marinade 3oz pork in soy sauce, 1/2tsp sesame oil, and garlic
-sautee marinated pork in vegetable oil
-add go-choo gga-ru and stir
-add water and bring to a boil - add salt
-add soon doo boo, jalapeno, and onion
-turn heat to low, add scallion, and simmer
-add leftover 1/2tsp sesame oil at end
