Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    chia organic black seeds 2 tblp 18 grams, 14 tbsp (remove)
    xylitol, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Make a Chia Gel
6 tbs chia
2 cups water
prepare chia gel in bowl with lid. Cover shake 45 sec.Let mixture rest for 1 min. shake again for 45 sec.Let mixture rest for 15 min.before using.Store leftover Chia gel in fridge for up to 2 weeks

Preheat oven to 275F In med.bowl combine remainder chia seeds,xylitol,cinnamon,ginger and mix. Add chia gel stirring well until mixed and seeds start to form a ball about 5 min. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Spread mixture on sheet. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and roll out till mixture is flat and out to the sides of the baking sheet.When evenly distributed remove and discard the top parchment paper. Score the dough lightly into 16 crackers. Bake for 1 hour or until crackers pull away from parchment paper and separate easily. Store crackers in air tight container at room temp.
