    Egg
    50ml milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 slices rye bread

Tips

have it with fresh fruit and yogurt!


Directions

Mix egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Add splenda for sweetness.

Soak the bread in the mixture.

Fry in pan
