Lasagna - Healthy Vegetable

Ingredients

    Whole wheat noodles
    Ricotta Cheese Non-Fat
    Mushrooms
    Carrots
    Asparagus
    Onion
    Spinach
    spaghetti sauce - Low sugar
    Parmesan cheese
    Italian 4 cheese blend

Directions

sautee' all veggies together then mix them into the ricotta. Put 1 cup sauce on bottom of a 9x13 pan, then noodles, then the ricotta veggie mix, then 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese then the grated cheese. Repeat layers, end with sauce on top. Cook for 1 hour, then sprinkle remainder of cheese on the top of the lasagna and melt.
