Cabbage/Onion/Raddish Lime Coleslaw

Ingredients

    Purple cabbage
    Regular cabbage
    White Onion
    Radish
    Cilantro
    Lime juice
    White wine vinegar
    Best foods with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Directions

Chop cabbage, radish, onion and cilantro up into little pieces. Mix them all together in one large bowl. Then mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, sherry and white wine vinegar, pour over cabbage and mix.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cups. 1 cup is 1 serving size.
