Ingredients

    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa,cup dry, 1 cup
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cup
    Walnuts, 1/3 cup, chopped
    *Archer Farms Dried Apples,1/4 cup
    *Apriva (Kroger Brand Splenda), 1 TBSP
    Orange Juice, 1 TBSP

Directions

Combine ingredients. Place in a medium bowl with lid. Microwave at 50% power for 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Microwave cooking times may vary.
