Chicken Broccoli Cheese casserole

Introduction

We have a family of 6 and this fills them up and creates leftovers. I know I could use Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup and it would be less fat. We have a family of 6 and this fills them up and creates leftovers. I know I could use Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup and it would be less fat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3- bonless skinless chicken breasts
    1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
    1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup skim milk
    1 package (2 cups) of Colby Jack cheese

Directions

I cook my chicken, rice and steam the broccoli. Mix the Cream of Mushroom soup and skim milk so that it is a thick sauce. Cut the chicken into little pieces. Then I layer the rice, chicken and broccoli in a baking dish. I add salt and pepper and pour half of the cream of mushroom and milk mixture over the rice, chicken and broccoli. I then take half of the cheese and put it on top. Then I layer once more rice, chicken, and broccoli. I put the rest of the Cream of Mushroom soup mix over it and top with cheese. I then put it in the oven to bake for 1/2 hour on 350.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1 cup servings
