Low Fat Chicken and Broccoli

Introduction

Chicken, Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole Chicken, Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 skinless chicken breasts
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    1 cup rice (before cooking)
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    2 oz Velveeta
    1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 cuo grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook rice and broccoli and mix with melted Velveeta and soup. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Put raw chicken breasts on top and cover with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
