Ingredients

    * Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    * sour cream, 5 tbsp (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Panang curry paste, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Organics Soy Milk, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

saute turkey with mushrooms and onions
heat soy milk in micro, whisk in curry paste
add to saute alongf with sour cream.. simmer 15 minutes covered.

serve over shitake noodles for additional 20 calories
