1 can coconut milk (13.5 fl oz) ½ cup sugar OR honey OR sweetener of your choice 4 egg yolks
Over a double broiler, heat ½ cup sugar with 4 egg yolks, mixing well. When mixture starts to gray, add 1 can coconut milk. Mix well, then pour into 4 ramekins. Place ramekins on a shallow baking pan & fill pan with warm water until the water is halfway up the height of the ramekin. Bake at 325F for 50-60 minutes.
