2 Chicken breasts, cut in large cubes.
1 tsp chili powder
0.5 cup of yogurt
1 tsp salt
2-3 bambu skewers
2 cups of Water
6 tomatoes (aprox 350grs)
1 tbsp ginger root, smashed.
1 tsbs powdered Fenugreek
50 grs butter
1 can Nestle cream
Cilantro to taste.
after marinated, place 2-3 cubes in each bambu skewers and grill or broil in oven until cooked.
Separately, boil the tomatoes and ginger in 2cups of water, until tomato skin starts coming off.
Blend the mix slightly (including the water) and pass through a sieve, so you discard the seeds and tomato skin.
Put the tomato mix back on the stove. add the cream and the butter and let it cook on medium fire, just before boiling, submerge the grilled chicken pieces and add 1tbsp of fenugreek powder. let it boil until consistency thickens to a creamy texture.
